Every company has some good points and some drawbacks, so after thinking for a very long time the only thing that I dislike was I have nothing that I dont like about the company till now.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts the latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. My company also actively celebrates all festivals with joy and fervor which is delightful.

Initially, the work-life balance gets disrupted as you need to work according to the USA timings but eventually you settle in.

The company is growing quickly with the dynamic environment and I am happy to be the part of the team, here is the opportunity to learn something new daily. They are having fun Friday to keep the work-life balance uprightly. I am able to enhance my personal and professional skills.

Working in Cargaison is overall Good, but management is Pathetic. Work culture is overall okok.

Should improve Team Management. They should conduct a Team meeting/individual employee meeting once in a week or month, where we can discuss our problems. They should discuss with a employee before making a changes atleast he/she should be aware or know about the changes or tasks.
