My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

The company has good product which actually makes an impact in users life. The job security is very good.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

No promotions even after 5 years at the company. The pay raise every year is pretty minimal which gets cancelled frequently in the name of budget cuts. The company is mostly run by 2 people who nobody can ask serious questions too.

Only good thing is that it is completely remote.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

Frequent demand for working on weekends. Every task is urgent here. Don't join unless you want a remote work. Taking leave is the most difficult task. They won't approve casual leaves, Even if they approve they will make to work on the upcoming weekend. We can only take sick leaves without any headache.
