Less salary Appraisals are not based on your work, it's about who you know, be in sight and get good appraisals Shit culture, legato was a product based company and it was good, carelon is a service oriented company and thus they hire trash now.

It's a complete package. Best organization I have ever worked for. If you keep your attitude right, you will be given all the opportunities that you deserve.

Dislikes

Once you get into the organization, yearly hikes are mostly regularized / normalized and almost same for all associates irrespective of your performance. But this is everywhere in the industry.

* New recruits get high package than who are getting promoted. * some projects don't last more than 6 months - so might see some shuffling and sometimes you might not get the role which you are recruited for. * Onshore has much power - less freedom to experiment
