Pathetic management, politics within the team and the managers. When the culture and behavior of managers and leads are not good forget about the salary. Managers and leads are more interested in knowing your personal life and gossiping about every detail. Cunningly and taking it to the top level of management to review performance rating. The more you say Yes to them and the more you agree to their ways of working you will be rewarded. Don't show case your new ideas , they will not appreciate it cox they would love to carry on the olden ways of how they were doing it. Pathetic I would say. May be there are no one to voice this out as each one is busy saving their reputation and success etc. They will even put you down to create their career path and you will be laid off soon. Better staying away from this organization than being depressed with such people.

Till now before Legaro it was okay later after changing to Carelon it's becoming worthless of work and salary which getting paid. Also, now removing the allowances then it remains regular compare to other company, mostly we choosen this company to opt the good pay but that main thing is remaining as fail to get it.

...s secure and work culture is good more friendly no partiality between employees. Helps other associate and complete the work by co-ordinating with my colleaguesand appraisals are fair and they give good salary and position based on performance

Work stress is more but I have capability to resolve the issue and career growth is slow

No Career growth, No work-life Balance. Need to be robot to work in this company thats what you Tam lead will expect. HR does not listen to your problems. Managers & Team Leads acts like God and thinks that by there wish only we will be surviving in this damn world
