No vision in leadership leading to company being stagnant from 4 years Lot of politics at higher management level Being a product company, we are working more like a service company Onshore treating carelon employees as vendor resource with no respect Lot of favouritism with few individuals by supervisors

Initial few years will be good, infrastructure and other services is good, you have to demand good pay while coming into the organisation and later on it will be slow.

Dislikes

After few years you won’t see any development in terms of learning, career or pay. The answer you get from your manager is always wait if you ask for new role, opportunity, promotion or hike but some people keep getting everything by moving close to Manager. Work life balance is big problem as you won’t have time for anything else rather than completing your task.

Working on cutting edge world class technologies. Access to amazing global leaders. Working on really noble cause of healthcare. Fast high growth work.

Poor pay and promotion, specially for some particular roles.

Dislikes

... no perks and they say already getting very good packages( which is not true). Even most of SSE gets salary more than a Lead. So much of retaliation and favouritism. Once you resign you would be the least chip.

Team lead behavouir is horrible. Manager is not supportive. No appreciation. No salary benefits. No other benefits. Horrible Food. Toxic Teamlead. Toxic environment. Leads wont stand by your side. No matter how much you contribute towords the work, Team lead is blind to recognise. 0/10 rating.
