I would not lije to work with them anymore as there payout system is very bad.

I don't like there payout system as they pay very late and even I have not got my 2 month salary till now, even I haven't got my incentive since a long period of time..

Some Senior are very lazy and there is no training they just give you pitch & just start your work. Nobody can even can take holiday properly but if you get sick maybe. And you can't complain your boss cuz for covering your seniors back other seniors are present but juniors life are in hell. I still didn't get my joining letter. You need to work more than 12hrs sometimes and without nope praise.

Dislikes

There is only one time tea. Toilets are not clean even hand wash area is worst.

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
