Nothing .There is no such things to like except dislike .

Dislikes

There is no proper communication with employee .They are not giving the salary tk the company .Fake offer letter .They didn't provide the salary slip.Rude behaviour by the owner .No manner of talking with the employee .They only give false hope regarding incentive .No such things of incentive you will be lucky if you get your salary .

Nothing is good here they promise everything and give you nothing and after sometime when you leave they will ignore you and your salary and everything.Work culture is pathetic and almost every month their employees leave.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
