Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Very badly we are cheat with our client.When we are not getting money from the customer that time our behaviour very sweet. After we are getting money from customer that time our behaviour is very bad. Like don't pick call, conversation very badly, ignore customer etc. This company cheats all kinds of customers some kind of job when joining is not good at all it is mandatory to leave no money refund and no other job option no other job is found from this company
