Good work environment and culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good appraisal aer fair and they give good salary hike

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent it career growth is slow

Bcoz they layoff employees without any notice period and that's highly unprofessional company I should say .Also there have less staff and lot of politics.

I learned lot in Care24, I have been there from 3 and half years give my 100% when lockdown started every employee managed and agreed on 30% deductions no one raised any issues after 5 months they laid of almost 30% employees without giving them any compensation reasons behind lay off that they can give full salary to remaining employees.

Dislikes

Management dose not care about any employee, within my period of 3 year I have faced 3 lay offs. I suggest if you see your career for long term basis pls do not choose Care24 Because I was in difficult situation my wife was pregnant of 9 months and they didn’t consider it and laid off me.

Till now the Best company I had work. It gives you a good an healthy and wealthy Life style. You get what you deserve there always a smart work option is available and easy communication with team. Infact team manager and colleague are great and helpful.

It's good company to work,but as a business development (BD) it's very tough to get the business from institution (hospital business) because most of the hospitals are already tieup with the bureau's
