...hem neither the juniors reach out to the seniors for their concerns and queries. It's operating like govt organisation and seniors are only concern about their salary and benefits but when it comes to juniors or mid level no one is concerned. No scope of learning.

...e time I worked,it's journey was also very good.weekly leave was also available.the biggest thing was that I was getting a respectable salary,due to which I was able to manage my family well.

The organization itself closed down.

• Work plan was goal oriented • Punctuality of monthly salary was constantly satisfying • Saving lives of Mother & child both were the first priority and saving the lives was the best contribution I had ever done and my experience was good at that. Work was environment was good

• Job security was not satisfying. • Multiple goals and events were planned.

...agement is transparent.there is huge cafeteriya and gaming arcade fir chilling .Compney policies are good appraisale are far and they give good salary haik and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and tha menagement doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow . There is a bond of 1 years before witch you connot resing . On tha job traning is not give to new joiners

Work was good and i liked working there as salary was good and leaves were also enough but i don't what happened suddenly we were fired from our jobs

Dislikes

I was selected in campus placement interview from BHU but after 1 and half care fully eliminate the post of block manager from bihar which wasn't good as we were not replaced anywhere we were fired from our job without any pre information
