I have worked in this company around 1.8 Years but there is no increment and also they are not putting our salary on correct date.u will get this month salary from next month 25th or 26th onely

For fresher candidate really it's a good career growth organization, they will learn everything, good salary package and limited travel for metro, non metro travel depends upon customer. Teammates are really good to educate the fresher, working environment also good.

Yearly appraisal not done as per committed by organization.travel conveyance also less.

It's a number one fraud recruitment consultancy , you can can check with any Engineer worked through that consultancy 99% will give you negative feed back.

... through this consultancy there will no increments until you resigned from that. A and hardly they will give starting salary 2.0 lack per annum. And only 60% of people will get PF .

The training was really very good from Cognizant Company. I have joined in CARE IT SOLUTIONS without any experience, but within one year i learned many things technically. And also i got confident to work in different kinds of environment. So useful for my career.

PARTNER HAS BEEN CHANGED,SO WE HAVE TO MOVE TO NEXT PARTNER,STILL CARE IT IS BETTER PALCE TO WORK .BUT WORK PRESSURE IS HIGH.
