People can be hired for any profile irrespective of their previous experience. Misleading growth/ appraisal/ bonus promises by HR. Highly unorganized company, there is no systematic flow of information or process. Politics is at a higher level.

...ganised company. Seems the company is running by some unprofessional peoples. 3. No proper Salary structure/Scale. This is the worse case in this company. There is no salary scale for every position. Employee is getting more high package then to their reporting manager. 4. No yearly increment policy and no hope for bonus. 5. There no proper follow for Internal job posting (IJP) policy. Staff gets hired easily. Mostly done by recommendation.
