Monopoly of seniors they recruit employee of their benefit which is not good and they ask pay out amount for themselves pay out amount only for bank employee not for our bosses which is not good company has to track that thing

Timely salary without fail, but no holidays on the festivals too ,mine was online channel at Hyderabad.

Early logins and late logouts were the worst thing and moreover they keep asking for sale sale sale sale continuously

...achieved your goal within the time limit then company can promote in next level. But salary increments are very low. Management always try to promote people from the company. The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. Company's claim settlement ratio also good but little slow as per my experience. Work pressure is there but hire & fire practices are not there. As per my knowledge and experience its good place for Work. Average growths are there.

Reason of Dislike... For Bank channel Religare health insurance don't have trainer. From this year onward for URM And RM level don't have proper health insurance for him or her and their families. Religare health insurance giving medical facilities from ESI for their employees.

Overall good experience by self motivation and self business leaders generation. Management is also good and lotes of politics by the company supervisor

Dislikes

...and hidden information by the superiors management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is direct in covid-19 period career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

No Job security, Politics toh sab jagah hi hoti h lekin waha Kam se Kam HR department toh hota h. Lekin here in Religare (care insurance) everything is pathetic. Zonal HR Mani Chhabra very bad experience. I will suggest to join this Co. Only to my enemies.

Giving 1 star is also not deserving for them, I am still struggling for my salary which is not paid during lock down period. Also EPF CONTRIBUTION not deposited in account.
