For women it's good to balance personal n professional life.

There is a lot of politics. Low salary and slow career growth. No training for the new joinees. Sometimes u may face gender inequalities and biased behaviour of the seniors/head.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Nothing to like in this organization. Only one thing that they are hire the freshers and destroy their career.

There are only play a politics. Only family members of directors are stay and satisfy in this organization. For others job satisfaction are very poor.

This is not company only this our family thanks to Respected Lal Dave sir and seniors for given this this opportunity to work in care group We all are like family members in this company and we all always get support from each member of this family

Only one thing I dislike here some time we not able to supply goods due to high demand but I am assuring we will did it very soon
