There is no one thing which I liked. 3 months notice period is bad. It will eat all your performance allownces and bonus and gratuity. Management have no any kindness towards employee. All fake promises.

No Job security No salary , main problem is managment. If you done one mistake u will be fire from company. Your career will be exhausted. Do Not Join. Nothing to learn.

It's a very long list trust me it's not worth to work here. They will call you any time they don't care it's a Sunday or it's middle of the night, most of the time i woke late nights and thy don't consider your efforts.
