... positive things towards building a hale and hearty relationship with carcanet. As far as appraisals and all these things are concern so they are providing best salary increments & awards which brush ups the minds of all employees and leading them to give their best of best to the company.

Working time is quite high. Also the distance of site is quite long from pune city so its causing irritation to travel that distance on daily visit.

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
