There is no job security for ground level workers. Every month your target is getting bigger but your salary not increased. They can jast block your Id without any information. Then you have to resign.

They have very strong values and beliefs - 5 lights of Murugappa Group. Freshers can learn a lot & they give important trainings relevant to their domain. Later employees have to take up a project & demonstrate their learning in the Shopfloor.

Very low salary benefits, Poor Work life balance, Weak Leadership at all levels, Supporting functions are not effective

You lost your work life balance here. As they are paying salary, you need to manage rest all from your pocket. Andas you are a servant there, they don't allow leaves, if taking leave still you need to report hourly. Travel compensation is at the worst.

Work culture is very good. Good work is appreciated and acknowledged. Every year meeting is conducted after each successful financial year. HO people are very supportive.

Salary package was very less not meeting the requirements.

...Security, No Pressure of Work. The best company to work for will always miss it. The only thing which I don't like that I was unable to have a good life style Bcz I was Away from my home and Salary was not that much in starting but it's a great job if you're working in your local area

Location problem can come in front of the biggners like me. As the salary doesn't support that much to stay in some other unknown city
