I have been in this company/network for about 8 years. The management here really values talent & its people, i have moved from an activation division a quite small unit to Carat Media and also changed cities. The company was extremely flexible to accommodate my needs and ensured the movement was comfortable. A lot of time is invested in the growth of talent here and at job training. The culture is quite open and they encourage you to voice your concerns and you can walk up to the MD with any issue of yours. I love this place and there is a reason i am here for so many years.

Dislikes

Every company has its own share of pitfalls, here i feel the policies can be a bit employee friendly and they can engage more in employee activities.
