This is a terrible organisation .They dont provide salary on time .Their hr member will not work on your requirement. You can understand that i did not get any reimbursment of travelling of job interview even after leaving the job... I am very very unsatisfied. One more thing job profile will be different from allotment. So continue on your job and look for better option.Even the worst going tractor companies are better than this organisation.

Great Work environment and culture, Supportive team. Appraisals are based on performance and percentage are good. Great Skill development as need to deal with all kind of parts like casting, forging, sheet metal, non-metalic components.

Initial salary offering for freshers are lower also salary structure is little complex. Also there is two year bond for freshers.
