The friendliness nature of the senior colleagues and the support system in making his/her sale.

Dislikes

The salary along with the commission/incentive structure is not satisfying, i.e, not upto the basic needs. Also, there is no proper transportation system to the delivery products among customers.

No professionalism in company , whatever they hv in stocks to be sold, no work culture, no appraisal on yearly basis, one gas to grab it, nothing to learn fm these types of companies
