I dint like anything working with Capricot. Plus the hr is so unprofessional. I had worked for 3months and they dint give me the releiving letter and before they had told me they will give us the releiving letter . Very dirty politics . Never ever work with this company.

Everything specially hr and the marketing manager who doesn't know to work and they all just throw their work on people and take credit . They don't have any class

The company don't vaule your work. The treat employee as a labour. While hiring they will show big picture but once your on board they all are fake promises. The office environment is full of politics.

I have been associated with CAPRICOT TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD ,Mumbai since February 2021 and it seems I am one of the best places to work at. The board and management have made me feel so comfortable to work with that I will cherish this opportunity for the rest of my life and infact my career path will be beautified with this company's name attached with my portfolio. I am at the epitome of excellence in the BIM industry with my mentors and management always supporting me in my careers success achievement goals.

The office needs to be upgraded in terms of office space where the work culture is developed and peoples policies are addressed.
