My experience at this company, I have observed a significant amount of internal politics that detracts from productivity. There appears to be a lack of clarity in reporting structures, where individuals who are not officially designated as managers assume managerial roles, while official managers remain disengaged. Additionally, some individuals in unofficial managerial positions expect undue praise and fail to address performance issues, which can hinder employees from effectively completing their notice periods. I have also noticed certain managers exhibiting gender bias, seemingly favoring female employees over male ones. Two individuals who have notably contributed to my negative experience in the ContentOps department are Prithvi Radhakrishna and Amit Sharma(Content Writer). Their actions have significantly influenced my decision to leave the company. It is my understanding that Amit Sharma(content writer) was previously terminated from Cardekho, and Prithvi Radhakrishna facilitated his hiring at Capri. Both individuals appear to engage in detrimental political behavior within the organization, which has led to the departure of several employees. I question the hiring practices that allow such individuals to join the company, as their presence has had a noticeable impact on team morale and retention.
