Worst business strategy Seniors are not supportive and management take decision with thinking about his employees. There are so many issues like work-life balance., treat slave approach, act like capri global is the last company. You can't take your leave. There is always insecurity and uncertainty when you have lost your job, in the team they centralised power what they said is correct and others are wrong. False commitment in most scenarios. They torcher a lot. Wrong feedback to give head. Lots of politics. Lack of recognition of your work. Nepotism, lots of difference between talking And doing at the time of joining And later of joining....And many more. .. Everything is worst. Please do not join this company, your career will be ruined and you will be of no use.
