You can start work for a day by 9. But leaving from company is not in your hand. Good Management but very bad bosses who made worst culture... Work like slave....

Middle management nepotism culture developed, due to this I lost my job.

The work pressure is very high, sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in day. Nepotism culture, which is a pain, who is coming to work out side the Tamil Nadu state.

No job security , Panic work culture, company policies not upto mark, Sometimes No week offs, need to work more than 12 hrs in a day, No work life balance, mess ups., HR not much effective.
