RESIGN LETTER TO HR DEPARTMENT Reason for resign: Opd incharge AMAN (the girl who call herself the sardaar of opd) she has no sense to talk HR department didn’t listened to us they only listen to their senior staff and being partial. Another thing they post BSC NURSING staff in opd department So never say yes to work in opd ...we said that and regretted that . Their receptionist use cell phone frequently but they want nursing staff to submit their phone....one of my friend was bullied by them , there is a great mismanagement. Capitol hospital need to improve their staff members specifically in opd. Just because we’re juniors and new comers didn’t mean you’ll put pressure on us . Worst experience of life. I was promised a job after a meeting with director and his son and a date of joining was fixed. I reached jalandhar and rented an apartment. Once I reached the hospital I was told that some other doctor has joined in my place....
