The pay is ok & as long as you achieve a strong or above in your year end you get a marginal raise per annum

You are not valued for your individual contributions in the sense that you have to think the same as everyone - you have to design and create the same way. No unique approaches are welcome & also their performance rating is atrocious

Poor company culture. You will not be explained about your tasks and directly put into it. Very high expectations which are unrealistic. Basically the work is such that there needs to be at least one month training to understand Business and the specific team you are assigned to. But I was directly put into the workstream and was expected to give great results.

- Competitive nature - Evaluation based on relationship with manager/skip levels - Stack ranking - Red tape/regulations

It is a nice well organized company with some quality top management folks who give us the freedom to do things our way in order to meet the target deadlines.

Dislikes

A lot of approvals are needed in order to perform changes to the production environment.
