I didnt find anything best more over flexibility in Office timing. Policies are good no one follows.

Dislikes

There is no job security and differentiation between permnant role and consultant role, where as coming to work everyone is equal and they will use like a machine. Nonsupport from the top management but support from other departments, other department heads and managers are very friendly and helping kind of nature.finance team management will pitches and force us to complete tasks, even if we don't understand the scenario they force to complete without giving support , they don't even give time to work on our own and keeps our mind in dipression.

Nothing - This Company is a Scam. They sent me start up check of 3350.00 and it bounced.

Dislikes

The HR person scammed me out of $244.00. DO NOT Apply at this company. It is a scam ring to get your personal information and rip you off. They will try and get you to sign onto a website called the Wick. This is so they can hide.

As per my experience, company is excellent in every criteria except the future growth opportunities, it might be happen just because in India they had limited business aspects(own properties) but yes they should look after the dedication of an employee and can offer abroad. If in future I got an option to work again with Capitaland than I'm happily take opportunity and ready to serve at my best. Thanks to Capitaland...
