...and dislike about the company. Capital Quotient is not supporting its employees. After issuance of March month salary there has been a huge job cut for employees and remaining has been kept PIP with salary hold and 50% pay cut. Employees need employers support at this point of time and company has taken a decision to keep employees in struggle as usual. This was 2nd time in last 8months when I didn't got my salary continuous 2months.

For any problem company company have only one solution. Job cuts or paycuts in advance... Company doesn't have any buffer to keep employees on hold for sometime . Though the company is more than 3year old, till December 2019 they didn't had health insurance for employees.

— I worked with the company for about 2 years and pandemic was hit, instead of being helpful they gave me a red slip without prior notice or discussion. The CEO not only avoided the discussion but the HR ensured that I struggle right from my Final settlement to my PPF withdrawals. I must say, that the HR managing the company should go through the norms, regulations, process etc. involved in FnF settlement and PF relates queries as the person didn’t have any clue while i kept going back to and fro with the repeat queries. One who is looking at learning to multiply manipulations and grow over ones negative attitude should definitely look forward in joining this company where the CEO only travels (on the sake of funding/arranging etc. ) and the rest of the Management team has no idea of their own job role. I breathe in patience and peace after having move on from them and looking for a meaningful learning’s and growth in career and staying away from all the possible diplomatics and negative vibes.

Nothing to like about the company

Dislikes

The rookie behaviour by the HR team and i was a fresher who did not know anything about job and how company operates and the skills required. Instead of help me the HR was very rude and very unprofessional to me. I basically broke my leg in a accident they when I informed them about my predicament they did not even call me back after that a decent person will call and ask about how there employee is doing. And as a intern i did not get paid for my 2 months. Trust me lot of better company are there but this company is a nightmare to work for and work pressure is horrendous.

CEO and COO are well connected with all employees. They help every employee to get training on all the products.

  • Skill development - Excellent

Dislikes

As the COO and CEO are well connected with all the employee so they are well informed about the mental state and short coming of the employees, which they use to fire those employees. The company strictly follows Hire and Fire policy. Favorite employees get a lot of benefits and appreciations with comparatively less job done.
