Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good. appraisal are fair.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

If you join this company as an Experience person than you get 10% hike every year in January. and full job security like (Semi Govt. company.). If you want good apparasal or increment please do not follow hierarchy(not depend on your manager), make direct links with higher managements like:- (Company Owner), You can talk about what you work for the company and make them understand that you need good hike. Thats it.

Dislikes

Fresher salary is very low cause it is under Manager hands. The person who is on Higher Manager Position is very mean they fully control your salary & apprasal. The all managers wants to stay in the good books of Comapny Owner every time. The old technical managers have been working in his company for many years, till date they havnot crack the single interview outside this company, But consider himself Albert Einstein.
