Else Technical work they provide you payment, Selling. No TA DA provide. No Bonus, Nothing. If you want time waste , join this company. There Politics is on peek. Har koi chap-lus hai, muh per kuch or peeth peeche kuch or.

...leave encash ment nor leaves given . No bonus no gifts at least once in a year .do not close the apprisal by March it get closed only in July or August 0nly 5 percent increase in salary .

My experience at the company was a mix of positives and negatives. On the positive side, I found that there were good learning opportunities and the salary and benefits were competitive.

Work environment is challenging due to prevalent micro-management and colleague politics, which impacted team morale . To improve, the management should consider giving employees more independence and addressing internal politics to have a better working atmosphere.Management just rely on old bankers who are working as consultants and they do not nothing other than gossiping for each other.
