Everything. From timings to salary structure you would hate evrything..the company is no longer in operations..it had failed miserably..it is a proper call center job..no timing flexibility, so much pressure , no salary..if it ever get started in future i would request to not go for it

...are about you but about their sales, don't even about your health your problems. They lie about everything job job designation, salary, timings, package break everything. And your manager will insult you behave like you are worthless because you are not performing because they just care about results, your sales target not about your efforts you are making like 400 calls 4 hour calling, 11.5 hours working although they'll only pay for 10 hours at the end you are wrong in that place. Officially Saturday is half day but they'll make it full day, timing is 9:30-2:30, but you have to work 9:30-5,6.

Please don't spoil your life by joining this company. No life no satisfaction. Very bad working culture like if you are ill very badly you have to go to the office and prove your illness in front of your sales manager.

Exposure to stock market. Updation about Indian market and world market with their effects on trade. - working in team enhances your ability to work in a team effectively - great guidance under Managers and team leaders consistently forces to perform better - perks for excellent performance

- working time is 9am to 730 pm and sometimes extends to 8 or 815 implies no time for oneself which is very important - pressurise to give result otherwise ask you to resign - join only if you have great sales skills and strong convincing power because basically you have to perform sales even if hired as Financial Analyst or BDM. - perform and give results consistently otherwise terminated even if performed great during previous months
