The day I found out my colleague earns 30% more for the same role

Teammates are good.

Dislikes

There is no process at all. They don't set you on any career path as company don't have their goals defined properly. Appraisal are not good. There is no learning curve. Work environment is filled with inexperienced senior folks who don't have any discipline talking to people, dealing with client neither in technology not even any domain experience. There is no Innovation happening around. So there is no motivation. They have unrealistic deadline which ends up with garbage code in the project. There are no checks on code quality, functionality and they manage to deliver project which is unacceptable. There is no work life balance. Manager will ask you to come on Weekend many times. They made a culture which makes people feel that they have to work on weekends. There is no cafeteria to have lunch. Employees have lunch on their desk. Everything is just pathetic.
