Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!
I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I was confident that it was a mutually beneficial situation. My advice would be to choose your job wisely, create value in the right place, and don't be afraid to negotiate.

1. The Capermint is totally Fraud company, 2. They not provide any salary on time, Salary delay is 3 to 4 month, If you resign the company they forcefully sign into the payment fulfill documents If you don't sign on that they speak bad words and they don't pay you your salary. 3. No respect of the employees in this company even they not respect his clients, They demand money to client every single changes. 4. Manager speak bad words in front of the every employees. 5. Don't go to this company.

Capermint is Fraud company, They never pay you single payment on time and you have to begging for your own salary. Project manager and head has 0% knowledge of there field and always misbehave and speak bad words in front of employees and head. If you want to mental peace please don't go into this company. They hire the employees for fire.
