... project, so have had some where it was good while some where we had to stretch. Compensation and hikes are good in comparison to competitors.

Dislikes

What I didn't like is some mid level management who think that they are bigger than company. A couple of directors are rude to the core, if you can fight it out, its good or stay away from that project.

Salary payout on 26th of every month , helpful in settling timely grocery bills.

Dislikes

No job security in Capco India. Very less projects in India. Contracts of very short duration 2-4 months with clients. If no contract from clients then HR ask employees to go on 60 days Garden Leave after which they have to leave company. Company shows in records Resignation of employees rather than Termination so that no compensation is paid to sacked employees. India Senior leadership retain their own jobs and bonus. But ask others to leave. India HR does not hear employee grievances. They are puppets of management.

Dislikes

Salary is very low even for associate No proper appraisal. Year after year they deny promotions even after outstanding work by giving some lame reason They lost all my trust with it Massive push for RTO without any specific reason Wasted a few years of my initial career at this company. Shouldn't have joined.

Good fixed pay. Good trainings learning. Good fun activities.U work at client side only. Basically resourcing company.

Dislikes

Hire and fire. They put u on garden leave if on bench. Bank clients they don't have any own projects. So u get released after 1 yr. Then capco fires u. Team lunch pune ppl have to travel to Mumbai. Insurance company tie up is worst.

Work like balance and employee benefits was good.

Dislikes

No promotion, yearly salary hikes were in peanuts, biased upper management towards team members, no rewards and recognition for deserving individuals and they will give only to specific set of peoples only.

Position went on hold...!

Last year, I interviewed at Capco Technologies for a Business Analyst role. They conducted five rounds, including a client interview. In the final round, I received positive feedback from the client, which the HR also confirmed. However, after 2–3 days, the HR informed me that the position was put on hold. The funny part is, I found out that some of my friends went through the exact same experience. Makes you wonder why companies conduct interviews if they're not planning to hire.
