Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year and good work environment and culture.

Most of the manpower here is local so he shows his localty and all departments engineer, sr. Engineer Hr departments are local.

There is nothing to like employees, management job security facilities.

...y you are not going to get a helmets if yours is stolen and wrist cover also. At start they tell you salary much higher but they are not giving it as same as you see on the advertisements. If anyone is reading this i suggest not to join there its not worth it.
