No job security. Have to wait for interview for 4-5 hrs. After selection for training period half salary. Operation manage is very rude.insult everyone on floor.she don't have qualification for position as manager still working there because she is spy of director. No future in company. Remove employee without notice.

Company' backbone is sales team..but here sales people r being treated as naukars. Training to sales people given by hr and afterwards these sales people are handled, monitored and headed by other non educated, non sales background people. Company owner is busy telling these other mgrs to send memos to sales people for every silly things. May god give some brain to these shrinked brain people.

Extremely unprofessional organisation I have seen in my entire professional life. The HR department led by GM HR who operates with dictatorial attitude, has been dismissive and rude, shows complete disregard for employees. CEO is for namesake in the organisation who has no interest in employee betterment. They have no ethics. I will suggest everyone ,who wish to join this unethical and dictatorial organisation, to think 1000 times before joining.

No job security can terminate you in one day. And I have appointed for the post of Export Accounting and their is no vacancy for same post. Account Manager is very pathetic. To remove persons they will blame non sense reasons. Please don't joint this company. No holiday on Sundays also.
