Nothing much to like here. Join here only if you're jobless. The only reason company has so many vacancies all the time because no one stays here for long time.

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

...e as as you will be doing 12 hours of work almost daily. Too much work pressure. Very less compensation as compared to the work. Site staff gets only Sunday off while Office staff gets Sat Sun off.

Salary not on time , some site 2 months delay, full and final settlement not done... You have to forget your Last salary even after notice period served

... when you are leave from site.every site staff work 14 hrs daily. No weekly off. Salary issue.

As company having 10+experience, growth is remarkable but work culture n policies are changed several times..so down level peoples are troubling.. Mass Housekeeping is great idea..

During Pandemic, company deducted salary for long time whereas same level company started their staff full salaries early.. Need strong top management with great control over asset.. No team outing at all

Nothing they will help employees They have give the Leave with out pay June, July and august The company No cooperation for this period we are more suffered due to nonpayment
