There is no growth in this company, you work with them for 10 years they never promote you, and give you a salary increment of Rs 800/- per year, and all time company gives you excuse of company is in a loss every year. last four years company not giving any increment for any employee.

company management is very bad ,target is high but salary is very low, infuture recrutiments consider this and give satisafied salary.atleast you can understand employees basic needs.

worst salary package no remote or hybrid model although they will mention it during AHM and jn email No training No appraisal No skill development only big lecture HR is like dog who will catch manager biscuit 6 days working no alternative off also

Salary packages are good. Brand name is well known by clients but company policy are not good. That’s why I am business decreases day by day.

Good work environment and culture, Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

There is a lot of politics, Salary is average,career growth is slow. There is no proper job training,No proper cafeteria.
