...agement is transparent.there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.compony policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which cannot resign. on the job training is not given to new joinees.

I worked as QC microbiologist for 9 months at Vadodara plant. There is nothing to like in this company. Working culture was fully non coperative. Those who want less workload on daily basis and more than you can handle during audits can be pleased to join

Dislikes

The company doesn't make you permanent after 6 months. Things are never done as it should. They are never following standard protocol even a bit I was working as QC microbiologist and believe you need to learn even QC chemistry as well as they have Separate post for COA so a microbiologist must handle that too so basically salary less and workload too much for dummy. No good working culture at all... Please dont join it
