Most of the first CANGRA TALENTS provides "working from home . I can skip traffic and avoid delays due to weather conditions, which gives me 2 more hours daily that I can dedicate to my job. I really appreciate the flexibility that working from home offers.

I feel that lack of separation from work and life , second noise in the house .

They fire the employees from their companies when employees are working with full efforts due to some emergency when employees taking leaves they did not give salary even meternity leaves also they did not give to that lady who is pregnant....I'm very disappointed for this rule all companies are providing the meternity leaves for their child.aftrr giving birth to the child when I say I'll rejoin my job they say we are not having work we have employees on om paid salary..they never say we have fired u from the company...
