I am working 4 types work not satisfied work I do like spare packing ,thechnical work,store work ,defective material store, going to dealer and repair deftive pices I do so hard work

company all staff has freedom not more work pressure & then company has neat &clean

Company has working timing 9 to 5:30 but when production season start they will taken more half an hours that's not like.

Even how much you work or do good for the organisation or you won't do any good for organisation your future growth will be same as everyone. No career growth and opportunities it's zero.

Colleagues were very friendly... Akhil Shetty is one of the best boss i ever got in my life. He always supported me in my works and also encouraged me to grow in my career.

Dislikes

There is a racism. They always preferred South Indians instead of other caste. South Indians gets good hikes even doing nothing at office and others even after working hard were not paid well and neither they get any good increment.

I am working hare position in store Incharge last 2 year. Manage all purchasing, Production, Run ERP software, All eBay Bill , chalan etc.

Dislikes

This company has become a domestic one, here a bike and husband dominate the company completely, the work culture is very bad, there is a lot of pressure regarding work, even if a small mistake is made, they are reprimanded a lot. More than half of the company does fake and wrong work.
