... and usefully training to cope up with the relevant work and working knowledge. Salary and other perks provided as per wage settlement in banking industry which is also quite handsome. Scope of promotion to higher care is much more if you work hard , conversant with the working knoledge, rendering good and quality customer service and be proved yourself as you are involved with business growth and actively participating. If you work and discharge your duties as per manual and laid down politicise as well as time to time issued circulars and implements it without any malafied intensions , your job will be mostly secured. Over all, you will enjoy and fell satisfaction to work here because of good environment.

Dislikes

The worst bank for any employee. No proper infrastructure but wants 100 percent output.Accute staff shortage leading to higher customer dissatisfaction. No work life balance. Not good for Hindi speaking people.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
