They can easy hire you Very lowest salary in the industry, there is no growth, appraisal you can expect 500 rupees per annum, there is nothing to learn, once you releived from CAMS no one is going to hire you because that experience is completely waste.

Zero stress it also depends upon the process you are put into. But in maximum process the work is stress free. You will enjoy good work life balance, work culture is also good. They celebrate each and every festival whole heartedly its a good company for freshers

Though its been 4 years since my working with this company, I Learn Various skills being associated with this organization, I improve my fast typing skills and computer knowledges and excel works. I Like this company tour facilities and programs, I am confident to worked in other company to use to make this(CAMS) company. its been a wornderful working experience in my team(EDMU). Not even worth of single star. PEOPLE WHO WORKS CURRENTLY FOR MNC, HAVE PLANS TO JOIN HERE. Please avoid this Company. They will ruin your career. For the people who joins from an mnc, the pay might be more. But you will feel very bad in 6 months after you get in to this toxic environment. Very biased environment. People get placed in SBI, COMPLIANCE are the poorest souls in the world. They are biased for Christians( CSI) and if any Christians looking for job, they can very well join in HR and AUDIT teams as they are headed by CSI Christians fellas. Appraisals will be based on this and lot of people sitting there for 30+ yrs and not letting the outsiders to grow. Either you should be a YES MAN or should look out for opportunities, the worst part is you wont get an another job when needed. "ALWAYS THINK 50 TIMES BEFORE JOINING HERE" DO NOT WASTE YOUR CARRIER.

...team behavior is none less than demon and devils. Promotions are only in dreams. The salary hike is so less that you will die poor. Work-life balance only in papers, managers will ask you to office even on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays. Unofficial working hours are more than 11 to 12 hours. Managers will ask you to work on wrong data and will expect you to be 100% right. Any small compliance issue you will be out of the organization. For Lunch, you have to wait in a queue in the cafeteria. Training team will torture you for completing useless e-learning courses which you can't even understand.
