Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible

Nothing during corona time the managers where having pressure that process will be shut down then they gave dhamki that you will be kiked off if you didn't dialled 200 calls and give 50 connect in 25 informed calls . Every day the thirdclass teamleader to protect her job terrible yelling at us kam se nikal denge thirdclass giving priority to their caste people

...andidate have to stick their more than 2 years then it will good for his future. For new comer, the salary is less.If you talk about Facilities then everything are available for the employees.
