Everything The work pressure they put is huge and the salary they provide is least. I worked under a guy named Sadham as my manager that guy is the worst of his kind. He won't take manpower or responsibility that idiot don't even know the process. 5 people have to take 1,000 calls a day that too that backend team will be asking too much of documents. They won't even support you in terms of leave for the pressure they put

Very less salary. Gives IJP to freshers but never raises salary. U wld get tired doing your work n leave n they get freshers to do your job without giving pay n on paper designation

We can't expect promotions and salary hikes even If we perform well. Always certain peoples grow fast other who works properly. Managers will give promotions and salary hikes to their favourite colleagues only.

worked 4 years above , 9 hours login time , tremendous support during CORONA PANDEMIC, On time salary , documents, learning & training session for employee's skill development, lots of ups & downs but tremendous support from co worker irrespective of location.
