Working hours is more than 9hrs 30 mins. Company shifted from Peeragadhi (New Metro Station) to DLF Cyber Park without any facility.

Dislikes

...but Company is not providing any facility to employee. Employee are not happy. Some reference are getting high salary but less output. Some employee are good but not getting good salary and too much work load. Nobody care this. Some of higher level person are enjoying their job because of higher paid (double) with less knowledge and less output/efforts. they try to divert calls only instead to take responsibility.

with time I have seen process been adhered and Department HoD has been educating old & new team on adhering to process & on developing purchase skills. I have seen lots of process started in last 1.5 years which I also learned as this was nothing like that earlier. For which we thank our Managers, as HR / company didn't take any such class / training earlier. Last year after spending a good time some of Old employees got promoted & I'm also thankful for this.

Job insecurity , too many changes/ Resignation at higher level . Also when good performance is not recognized & behavior towards good performance or function is not good we as function & employee level feel insecure. Good talent going out & no focus from HR to define function wise clear roles.

Express my concern regarding the Purchase Department's performance, which has been subpar. The department head's leadership has been ineffective, creating a challenging environment for new employees to adapt. Unfortunately, this has led to an alarming rate of attrition, with 15 employees resigning over the past six months. The pervasive politicking within the department has significantly impacted morale and productivity.

They never promot their employees who Alredy worked with company and which have lots of experience but they never be Parmot. Increment according to face only not their work performance. My work experience in campus 3 yrs approx. That's it my views about campus
