Very Bad experience your job is not secure you can fire any time principal fill in the blanks he does not know about anything else about CBSE norms his meeting wastage of time in the meeting just told ourself I can do this and this one side communication no one allow to talk or any suggestions question you ask

There is no proper chanel my 5 month salary pending does not clear they create evidence because management has politically strong they belam you if you have no ability of leg pulling

There is supportive working environment. Salary and allowance are good.

There is no job security and no rule for salary in covid pandemic. After three years experience they said you are not good teacher.

In this school there is place for chamchas only. As owner is the single boss only. Culture 0 work atmosphere 0 development 0 still they have not paid my 3 month salary after forced resignation that still i had not given. This shows no security no policy is there. Beautiful place mohal kullu but Ridiculous terrible school.

Exploitation, they have filed case on almost every teacher while leaving the job who have not deposited 3 months salary and security (near about 1 lakh).They threaten people on the name of their political links.

Don't hold to much restriction. Freedom is felt. Transport facility is available. Get holiday easily.

Dislikes

The atmosphere is not good for work. Everyone who has power here starts thinking of himself as the boss. The person who is in charge is not allowed to work according to that. No one listen to anyone.
