...ife balance to the behaviour to the unnceccesary workload to inhumane behaviour. No chairs for teachers, no free periods, no time to exit the premises, salary is even less and all the extra expenditure for the school boards and stationery is borne by the teacher . I could not survive even a month. It is more like a chamber or torture than a workplace

The school is a complete disaster with 0 work life balance. There is a time to enter the school but no time to leave. The principal always schedules a meeting right before the dispersal and thus there is a delay in leaving the premises. There is no chair in the classroom for teachers. The teachers are expected to be on toes always with no free periods in primary classes. No staffroom for peimary teachers. You are burdened rather overloaded with work always. There is nobody to guide you regarding anything in the school. Thoigh they are always ready to exploit the contractual teachers. Never submit your original documents. Its the worst school i have ever worked with this left it in a span of 20 days only.

This is worst school I hv ever worked with. The school is mre or like a Place run by oldies who can nothing but do politics . They do not allow young teachers to show their caliber. Most of the staff is ignorant about working of computer in the Era of high tech Education . Teachers hv no job security and are not given Respect.Pathetic place to work.
