What kind of work place do you want when away from family? Obviously like family. Food is not good. Because management is not taking food in company canteen and provide always fried breakfast and cap of tea very bad. No lunch break in night shift and no night shift allowance.

Poor work environment and culture. Cause of politics and nepotism employees knowledge carrier or salary can not grow. You have to work under very high pressure. No transparency in policies for your appraisal, promotion or any other terms.

Political environment is major issue in this company.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

There are good work invironment and culture.supportive teammate and management . there are good canteen service.good company policy and give every year bonus.

There is salary growths slow but carrier growth is good. The job training is not available new joiners.

...ployees has monopoly here. Facilities as per motherson are degrading day by day. Transport, food, activities, salary, facilities everything worst than other lower companies. Overall company is going from MNC to LALA-CHAP company. HR don’t initiate anything to improve it. Top management in name of cost cutting taking all facilities from employees. Production is triple but employees facilities and salary increment got less than half.

Dislikes

All written above as in current situation there is nothing to like in this company. Employees provide there 100% but increment is 8% in production department. While production is the department where appraisal should be maximum.
