This company should be called CalSlave and not Calsoft. I feel this is my stupidest mistake to join here. No pros.

...lunch times, they will move their meetings to day/night whenever they feel like. If you do not obey something, you'll be threatened everytime for you salary. For everything there is an LOP warning. Client is a God to them and they will let you die before they "disappoint" their client. Projects are rubbish. They will move you from 1 project to another like a chess piece. The "middle men" here hold personal grudges over on you for nothing. DO NOT JOIN this place if you want mental stability.

...) PM/DM does not have any power although client says anything to the resources. 5) No timesheet filled no salary , although you had worked for that time. 6) Worst management

Location NABU from work and experience stand point if you are in good books Flexibility, salary, opportunity ... basically everything Really nothing

...ss Policies are just on paper.... not even used as guidelines... HR is puppet Salary and variable pay are paid when top management feels like doing... no real regular cycle Software IT company still continuing with paper based documentation process... lot of un-necessary wastage... Suggestion to management: request you to check and acknoledge the gaps and areas to work upon Do not post fraud and manipulated reviews online to fool candidates its been 20+ years, have some professionalism and transperancy

Flexibility at work which is something very good you can come any time and go on your will no restriction to complete fix hours.

They are just trying to work done they dont want raise salary or any appreciation for you great errorts.

...re in bench for 1-2 weeks they will fire you. 2)Work culture is too worst here. 3) Here the hrbp management is too worst recently my grandfather expired I took permission from the manager even though they deducted my salary. 4)On my last working day I had an meet with my hrbp she didn’t even say about paid leaves after the meet was over she said you won’t be getting paid leave encashment as we discussed in the meet. 5) That much worst the hrbp management is, finally I didn’t even get my salary and leave encashment. 6) no job security, no projects, don’t know when they will terminate
